Woke up this morning, did half an hour of yoga, and had the most delicious chia & banana smoothie, and then a watermelon, orange and lime homemade juice! Went for a runnn along the beach & then threw myself in the ocean, now eating avocado, lettuce, tomato, black beans & mozzarella inspired by dietcokeandasmoke and drinking lemon lime & bitters! Perfect day.
